Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mix of positive and negative aspects. On the upside, the rooms come equipped with modern amenities like a large flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. However, the views are somewhat misleading, with a pool view instead of a promised harbor view. On the downside, some rooms offer subpar views of the parking lot.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean and nicely decorated rooms, although the thin walls were a bit of an issue. The service was very accommodating and friendly, with some minor hiccups. The location couldn't have been better, right across from Hyannis Harbor. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, it was a nice experience.
The hotel is superbly located right across from the ferry with clean, comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. The dining experience was a bit lacking with limited options. The pool was nice, and the free parking added value to the convenient location.
My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were beautifully decorated with plenty of space and a really comfortable bed. The huge bathroom with a spacious shower was a nice touch, but I felt some areas were a little dated. The view of the street and harbor was pleasant, though I had to wait for my room to be ready for a couple of hours.
The hotel offers both pros and cons. The rooms have shared patios with chairs and tables, but the view can be different than expected. The service can vary from professional assistance to inattentiveness. The location is perfect for tourists, near the ferry and attractions, although it lacks nighttime buzz. Dining options and facilities are also mixed.
I was pleased with the hotel's prime location, right across from the ferry service and with various shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were a bit dated, especially those facing the parking lot, but the convenience of being next to the high-speed ferry made up for it. The service was a bit lacking, and while the staff tried to make our stay enjoyable, the room left much to be desired. The dining experience, particularly the breakfast setup in what felt like a conference room, was not ideal, although the homemade soups were a nice touch.
