I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean and nicely decorated rooms, although the thin walls were a bit of an issue. The service was very accommodating and friendly, with some minor hiccups. The location couldn't have been better, right across from Hyannis Harbor. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, it was a nice experience.

I was pleased with the hotel's prime location, right across from the ferry service and with various shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were a bit dated, especially those facing the parking lot, but the convenience of being next to the high-speed ferry made up for it. The service was a bit lacking, and while the staff tried to make our stay enjoyable, the room left much to be desired. The dining experience, particularly the breakfast setup in what felt like a conference room, was not ideal, although the homemade soups were a nice touch.
